4 Seasons Security's Professional Operator Training Program

Operator Selection and Training...The Heart of 4 Season's Quality Services

Because every alarm signal we receive is important, each operator must know how to address the situation in the most efficient and professional manner possible. Many central stations provide informal "On-the-Job" training. Not so at 4 Seasons Security. Before an operator is hired, his or her skills are thoroughly tested. The initial, intensive 8 week training program is performed in our on-site training center, followed by observation, proficiency testing and closely supervised live job training. Only when a new operator can meet our strict performance standards are they put on line. And, even then, all our operators are closely supervised and are monitored via voice tape records.

In addition to basic training, each operator receives ongoing education according to guidelines set forth by SIA (Security Industry Association), UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association).
